Jump Already!

When I was young, one of my favorite things to do was jump rope. I loved playing Double Dutch with my cousins, but Oh. My. God. It took what seemed like an hour for me to jump into those fast-moving ropes. I needed to wait for the right time Continue reading Jump Already!

Paleo Diet Flowchart

A few days ago, I put one foot on the Paleo Diet bandwagon. I’m doing it to lose some weight. I’m thinking this Paleo way of eating should be relatively easy, since I’m already about 80% there. OK, great. You imagined something unique and wonderful but, what’s next? Continue reading What does it mean to create?
